Falcon Coins is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others without express written permission (by letter or e-mail) from the user unless required by law. Please note that purchases of bullion in amounts of $10,000 or more may have special reporting procedures required by U.S. law.
Registration
No registration is necessary in order to use this website. However, registration is necessary to participate in our Auction by E-Mail. This information (name and address) is used only to qualify a bidder, if necessary.
Ordering
We request contact information from the user prior to reserving items for purchase. A user must provide contact information (name and shipping address) in order to reserve or purchase items from this website. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill a customer's order. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. We do not use cookies on our website, nor do we track user movements on our website. Some of our business partners may use cookies on our site (for example, PayPal). However, we have no access to nor control over these cookies.
Sharing
We will only share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers (for example, the number of orders per state or country). This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

E-Mail Auction List and E-Mail Auction Notification participants are not able to opt-out from service announcements related to the auctions, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services via e-mail or phone.
Correcting/Updating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as an address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will update or remove that user's personal data provided to us. This can be by done by contacting us by e-mail or phone.
Opt-out
Users who no longer wish to receive our E-Mail Auction List, E-Mail Auction Notification or Web Site Update Notification may opt-out of receiving these communications by contacting us by e-mail or phone.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our website so our users are always aware of what information we collect and how we use it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify known users by way of an e-mail. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
